Elias Bouras
Elias Bouras originally became involved in the hair loss market because all of the males in his family had alopecia and he was also personally struck by it during a stressful period.
Elias lives in England, but was originally from Greece. It took him over twenty years to refine Calosol into the current range.
Initially it started off with him formulating the products himself in a make-shift lab in his home. However as more and more people began to use Calosol, production was outsourced to a sizable laboratory.
The business then evolved around the needs of his clients. Initially the formulations were just the 4H solution and treatment shampoo. Gradually as more and more people around the world gave their feedback on the products, new formulations evolved.
The oil was developed to deal specifically with the inflammatory side of alopecia and brought with it faster results.
Everyone that comes into contact with Elias and his team comment on how sensitive and caring they are towards customers. At times the workload has been overwhelming and he therefore implemented the following changes so that his existing customers are always serviced efficiently as the business expands rapidly:
1) Teaming up with Natural Hair Products Ltd to set up professional distribution from within the USA. NHP Ltd is headed by Andrew Bryant, author of "The Baldness Cure" and "Your Hair Loss Explained". Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about hair loss, NHP also manufacture hair loss products for wholesale customers around the world. NHP have distribution and manufacturing facilities based in the USA which help service customers in USA more efficiently.
2) Developing a special eyebrow ointment. Early trials of this ointment are showing faster results on the browwhat should i order?.
3) Developing a special beard ointment. This has produced some spectacular results.
4) Developing a spray version of the 4H solution for partially covered scalps. This makes it easier to apply in diffuse forms of alopecia or when the scalp hair is growing back on a previously bald patch.
5) Developing a Calosol range for children.
6) Upgrading the knowledge base within the website and setting up live customer support via the website. This is currently manned from within the UK, however the longer term aim is those that have reversed their own (or their children's) alopecia to man this service.
7) Automated updates / news.
